从企业对电气类专业学生应用能力的需求着手,分析了现阶段高校电气类专业课程设置、实践环节对培养电气类专业学生应用能力的不足.提出了提高电气类专业类学生应用能力的途经,并指出在提高电气类专业学生应用能力过程中需克服的思想阻碍.

Aiming at the enterprise＇ requinements for the application ability of electrical engineering students, this paper analyzes the deficiency of college curriculum and practice work in cultivating students＇ application ability. Accordingly,this paper puts forward the cultivating ways and the necessity to overcome the ideological barriers.
