复方中药治疗特应性皮炎疗效及对免疫功能调节作用研究

Compound Chinese Medicine Treatment for Patients with Atopic Dermatitis and Curative Effect of the Immune Function of Regulatory Role

目的探究复方中药对特应性皮炎患者治疗效果和免疫功能的调节。方法将我院在2010年7月—2011年12月期间收治的特应性皮炎的患者110例,随机分为治疗组和对照组2组,治疗组患者54例患者以复方中药治疗,对照组56例患者予以西替利嗪口服治疗,为期3周;治疗前后采血,流式细胞仪检测患者外周血中CD3+CD4+T细胞、CD3+CD8+T细胞的比例,以及免疫球蛋白(IgA、IgG、IgM、IgE)的变化。结果对照组83.9%,研究组87.7%,差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组治疗前后CD3变化不大。治疗后患者CD4、CD4/CD8上升,而CD8下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究治疗后患者IgA、IgG、IgM较治疗前升高,而IgE下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,各指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,各指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方中药治疗特应性皮炎患者的疗效明显,具有上调机体免疫能力,特别是对细胞免疫功能。

Objective To explore the effect of compound Chinese medicine for patients with atopic dermatitis （AD） and immune function of regulation. Methods 110 patients with AD from July 2010 to December 2011 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group included 54 patients which were treated with compound Chinese medicine, and control group included 56 patients which were treated with Cetirizine orally for three weeks. Before and after treatment, blood collection was done in all patients. The proportion of CD3＋CD4＋T cells and CD3＋CD8＋T cells were detected by flow cytometric, moreover, the immune globulin included IgA, IgG, IgM and IgE were also tested. Results The effect of control group was 83.9%, however, the curative effect in treatment group was 87.7%. There was no significant difference between two groups （P〉0.05）. Moreover, the CD3 cells did not change before and after treatment. The number of CD4 cells and ratio of CD4/CD8 was increased after treatment, but the CD8 cells decreased. There was statistical significance （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the IgA, IgG and IgM was increased, but the IgE was decreased. There was statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Compared to control group, each index has statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of compound Chinese medicine on treating patients with AD is obvious. It can enhance immune ability, especially the cellular immune function.
