Ten Years Follow-up of Laser Hair Removal Curative

目的对我院激光脱毛治疗的效果和安全性进行回顾性总结。方法随访我院357例半导体激光脱毛患者共579个部位，所有患者皆治疗结束10-12年。通过照片比对治疗前后及治疗停止后十年的毛发情况，分析治疗部位、治疗参数和治疗次数对疗效的影响，激光脱毛的不良反应及患者的治疗满意度。结果10年后357例患者579个部位毛发情况比治疗前有显著改善，脱毛率达84．07％。治疗10年后与治疗结束2个月后比较脱毛率差异无统计学意义。毛发越黑越粗疗效越好，且治疗能量及治疗次数与有效率成正比；深色皮肤不良反应发生率高，易烫伤产生色素沉着或色素减退，但无一例瘢痕形成；患者总满意度达99．1％。结论激光脱毛方便快捷，安全性好，满意度高。

Objective To retrospective summarize the therapeutic effect and safety of laser hair removal of our hospital. Methods 357 patients with total of 579 therapy areas was followed up, all patients finished their treatments after 10 to 12 years. Hair conditions were compared through pictures before and after treatment as well as after treatment for 10 years. Then the therapeutic parts, treatment parameters, treatment time and treatment interval to the influence of the treatment effects, adverse effects of laser hair removal and patients satisfaction were analysed. Results Comparing of the stage before treatment, 357 patients with total of 579 therapy areas had a significant improvment after 10 years, the overall effective rate was 84.07%. There was no obvious difference after 10 years and two months after the treatment. The blacker and thicker hair got better therapeutic effects, the treatment energy and time were completely directly proportional to the effective rate. Dark skin had high incidence of side effects, they were easy burned to cause pigmentation or hypopigmentation, but no one was scarring. Patients total satisfaction was 99.1%. Conclusion Laser hair removal is convenience, fast, safe and high satisfied. It is worthy to be popularized.
