基层医院机械通气在危重呼吸衰竭中的应用

摘要 目的:探讨基层医院机械通气在危重呼吸衰竭中的临床应用效果。方法:机械通气治疗呼吸衰竭患者44例,根据患者临床症状选择有创通气或无创通气进行治疗。结果:44例患者经过治疗,平均总通气时间12.6±6.3小时,有创通气时间8.2±4.2小时,呼吸机相关肺炎(VAP)发生1例,VAP发生率2.27%,住院时间16±7天,无死亡病例发生。结论:机械通气是治疗危重呼吸衰竭患者的重要手段,可以有效提高救治成功率,降低病死率。 Objective: To investigate the primary hospital mechanical ventilation in severe respiratory failure in clinical effects. Methods:44 cases collected in our hospital from January 2010 to February 2012 mechanical ventilation in the treatment of patients with respiratory failure, according to clinical symptoms in patients choose invasive ventilation or non - invasive ventilation for treatment. Results: 44 patients as follows:After treatment, the average total ventilation time 12.6± 6.3 h - invasive ventilation 8.2 ±4.2 h, the ventilator - associated pneumonia(VAP) occurred in 1 patient of VAP rate was 2.27% ,length of stay 16 ±7 days, no deaths have occurred. Conclusion : Mechanical ventilation is an important means of treatment of severe respiratory failure, can effectively improve the treatment success rate and reduce mortality.
