摘要
目的:探讨吗啡联合罗哌卡因硬膜外自控镇痛应用于晚期癌痛治疗的有效性和安全性。方法:61例晚期癌症剧烈疼痛患者患者作为研究对象,采用吗啡联合罗哌卡因硬膜外自控镇痛疗法,缓解疼痛。结果:61例患者麻醉均镇静满意,疼痛程度大为减轻,Ramsay和VAS评分均治疗前均大为减轻(P<0.05)。61例患者MAP、HR和SPO2在围手术期均无显著性差异(P>0.05),血液动力学指标平稳。结论:吗啡联合罗哌卡因硬膜外自控镇痛应用于晚期癌痛的治疗,效果显著,安全性高。
Objective： To observe the effects and safety of Morphine combined with ropiv- acaine for PCEA of advanced cancer patients. Methods：61 cases of patients as studied object were treated with PCEA for releasing pain. Results： Anesthesia calm of all patients showed good, and the severity of pain, Ramsay score and VAS score were significant decreased（ P 〈 0.05 ）. hemodynamic indexes such as MAP, HR and SPO2 were stable during perioperative period （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Morphine combined with ropivacaine for PCEA of advanced cancer patients ,shows good effect and high safety, and deserves considering in clinical work.
