摘要
目的:分析朝阳区公务员及事业单位职员2008年、2010年2次彩超体检情况,探讨该群体发病规律。方法:统计学方法分析比较2次体格检查2千多人次患病几率。结果:排在前10位的疾病:脂肪肝、前列腺钙化、甲状腺结节、胆结石、肝囊肿、肝血管瘤、子宫肌瘤、胆囊息肉样变、肾囊肿、肾结石。2010年甲状腺结节检出率高于2008年约3.3%。结论:定期体检确有必要,健康宣教有待提高,不良习惯要及时纠正,生存才会更有质量。
Objective： To analysis the distribution abnormalities of Color doppler ultrasound to health examinations in civil servants and public institutions in 2008 and 2010,and to discuss the incidence of diseases amonge them. Methods：More than two thousand examples physical examinations in 2008 and 2010,each kind of disease probability were analyzed in statistical method. Results ： In the top ten diseases ： fatty liver, prostate calcification, thyroid nodules, gallstones, liver cyst, hemangloma, uterine fibroids ,PLG, renal cyst and kidney stones. Detection rate of thyroid nodule in 2010 is higher than in 2008 about 3.3 percentage points. Conclusion：Regular physical examination is necessary, health education should be improved, bad habits must be promptly corrected, survival will be more quality.
