连续腰麻的应用研究与并发症 被引量：4

摘要 连续腰麻(CSA)操作简便,阻滞效果确切,适用于会阴、下肢及下腹部手术的麻醉。其对心血管和呼吸系统的影响甚小,比其他椎管内麻醉以及全身麻醉更有利于维持患者术中生命体征平稳和术后恢复,尤其是在老年和高危患者。与单次腰麻(SSA)和连续腰-硬联合麻醉(CSEA)一样,CSA也有相关并发症,如脊麻后头痛、马尾综合征和感染等;但随着CSA技术的不断改进,只要操作规范、用药合理,CSA可以安全地应用于低位手术患者的麻醉和术后镇痛。
