股骨近端旋转刀片抗旋髓内钉治疗老年粗隆间骨折58例 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨股骨近端旋转刀片抗旋髓内钉(PFNA)内固定治疗老年性股骨粗隆间骨折的效果。方法回顾性分析58例老年性股骨粗隆间骨折PFNA内固定治疗资料。结果术后1、12和18个月Harris评分分别为(61.6±17.4)分、(80.8±12.4)分和(84.2±10.2)分。结论 PFNA内固定治疗老年性股骨粗隆间骨折手术创伤小、时间短、锁定便捷准确,术后疗效肯定。
