摘要
本文介绍我院1987年1～12月在硬膜外阻滞麻醉下行胆囊切除或胆总管探查术共93例。麻醉后及手术中有61例发生血压下降。其中14例因麻醉后血压下降,其余47例均为术中出现较典型的迷走—迷走反射。心电图异常组术中血压下降幅度及心率的变化明显高于心电图正常组。对胆道手术中迷走—迷走反射的防治问题进行了讨论。
93 cases of cholecystectomy and exploration of the common bile duct were performed through epidural blockade anaesthesia from January to December, 1987. Hypotension were occurred in 61 cases after anaesthesia and during operatton In which 14 cases happened after anaesthesia and remaining 47 cases showed typical vagus-vagus reflex during operation. The ranges of blood pressure and heart rate changed were much higher in the abnormal ECG group than that of the normal ECG group. The prevention and treatment of vagus-vagus reflex in bile tract operation are discussed
