62例子宫颈癌根治性放疗的观察

Radical radiotherapy in patients with cervical carcinoma:report of 62 cases

目的:观察252锎中子腔内后装结合盆腔外照射治疗子宫颈癌的临床效果方法:选择2002年9月至2005年9月本院本科室收治的62例原发性子宫颈癌患者作为研究对象,回顾性分析采用根治性252锎中子腔内后装治疗结合盆腔外照射治疗,观察治疗后肿瘤变化和生存率结果:62例患者均随访5年以上,5年局部控制率为85.5%,5年生存率为77.5%,晚期放射性直肠炎1.6%结论:252锎中子腔内后装结合盆腔外照射放疗治疗子宫颈癌具有局部控制率高,生存长和并发症率低等特点。

Objective： To investigate the therapeutic outcomes of 252Cf neutron braehytherapy in combination with pelvic radiotherapy for radical treatment of cervical cancer. Methods：We enrolled 62 patients with primary cervical cancer from Department of Oncology, Armed Police Hospital of Guangdong Province between September 2002 and September 2005, and conducted a retrospective study on the alteration in tumor size and survival rate by using 252Cf neutron brachytherapy in combination with external beam pelvic radiotherapy. Results：After a 5-year follow-up period,62 patients yielded a local control rate of 85.5% and survival rate of 77.5%. Radiotherapy-related rectitis, the late-onset complication, was reported in 1. 6% of patients. Conclusion：252Cf neutron brachytherapy in combination with external beam pelvic radiotherapy is associated with high local control and survival rate yet low complication and could therefore shed light on further clinical application.
