关节形态对骨关节炎的影响 被引量:4

摘要 骨关节炎(osteoarthritis,OA)又称退行性关节炎,是一种常见的慢性退行性关节疾病,多见于中老年人,女性略多于男性。Felson等[1]称约1/3的成人患有X线片可见的OA,在对荷兰人群髋膝关节OA流行病学调查中发现,年龄〉55岁的患者达79%,其中女性占53%,男性占26%[2]。
