目的使用Excel2007绘制Westgard多规则室内质量控制图对临床质控进行即时判读的方法，用于基层医院实验室室内质控数据的自动化管理。方法利用Excel2007强大的数据处理及逻辑运算功能，制作多规则室内质控图，对室内质控数据进行处理。鲒果Excel2007应用于实验室室内质量控制，直观、简洁，明了，也便于对质控擞据作全面的分析，大大方便了实验室室内质控数据的管理。结论应用Excel2007来处理实验室质量控制中复杂烦琐的数据统计和质控图的绘制工作，可以减轻实验室人员的工作量，提高质量管理。

Objective To establish the method of making the Westgard - multirulers internal quail .ty control diagram by Excel2007, to e-valuate the clinical quality control course on real - time and to automatically manage the quality control data in internal lab of root hospital. Methods The data processing and logical calculating function of Excel2007 can to make the muhirulers internal quality, control diagram to pro-tess the quailty control data in internal lab. Remits The applying of Excel2007 in contrlling the quality of internal lab is intuitionistic, compen-dious and legible, and also convenient to analyze and manage the quality eontrol data in internal lab. Corielusion Excel2007 was made to pro- cess the complex data and to make the quality control diagram, which could reduce the working strength and improve the efficiency of quality control.
