摘要
对浙江图书馆读者的有关数据如年龄构成、借阅情况等进行了统计分析,探讨了公共图书馆读者特点及变化趋势,提出了改进读者服务的措施。
This paper makes the statistical analysis on the data related to the readers of Zhejiang Library such as the age structure, and books borrowing and reading situation, etc., probes into the features and changing trends of the readers in public library, and puts forward some measures for improving the reader service
