摘要
分析了医学图书馆的服务对象和服务性质,结合服务营销的理念制定了医学图书馆的服务营销策略,指出医学图书馆内部营销的需求,以期对医学图书馆的发展起到一定的参考作用。
This paper analyzes the service objects and service properties of medical library, and connecting with the concept of service marketing, formulates the service marketing strategy of medical library, and points out the requirements for internal marketing in medical library for providing the reference for the development of medical library.
