ERP作为中小企业信息化的基础,对企业的资源进行统筹管理。介绍了ERP的基本概念及应用成功的标志,阐述了ERP在企业信息化发展中的局限性,分析了太原市中小企业应用ERP过程中存在的问题,提出了相关的规划和实施建议。

ERP, being as the foundation of the informatization of small and medium-sized enterprises, is used for implementing the integrated management of enterprises＇ resources. This paper introduces some basic concepts of ERP and the signs of successful application of ERP, expounds the limitations of ERP in enterprises＇ informatization development, analyzes some problems existing in the application of ERP in small and medium-sized enterprises in Taiyuan City, and puts forward some relevant plans and implementation suggestions.
