子宫颈癌合并缺血性心脏病的围术期护理

The perioperative care of the cervical cancer with ischemic heart disease

目的探讨子宫颈癌合并缺血性心脏病围术期的护理方法。方法对2001年1月—2005年12月住院治疗52例子宫颈癌合并缺血性心脏病患者的临床资料、治疗及护理方法进行回顾性分析。结果 52例患者手术前治疗4 d^8 d,平均6 d;住院18 d^26 d,平均22.5 d,无围术期死亡病例。1,3,5年生存率分别为100%,98.1%和92.3%。结论子宫颈癌合并缺血性心脏病患者围术期通过正规的治疗和护理,可以顺利完成手术治疗计划。

Objective Explore the perioperative care of the Cervical cancer with ischemic heart disease. Method Clinical findings of 52 cases with clinical material, treatment and nursing methods were were retrospectively analyzed in our hospital from January 2001 to December 2005. Results The time before the operation treatment was 4 to 8 days, mean 6 days; 18 ～ 26 days in hospital, mean 22.5 days. No perioperative deaths. The survivaling rates of 1, 3, 5 years were 100%, 98.1% and 92.3% respectively .Conclusion The patients with Ischemic heart disease can finish the surgical treatment plan after the perioperative regular treatment and nursing,.
