护理干预对动静脉内瘘成熟及使用时间的影响

The influence of the nursing intervention to arteriovenous fistula in maturation and the use of the time

目的探讨护理干预对动静脉内瘘成熟及使用时间的影响,提高维持性血液透析患者的生存质量。方法将建立动静脉内瘘的112例患者随机分成2组,对照组予常规护理和一般的健康教育,试验组在进行常规护理和健康教育的同时予以功能康复锻炼指导。比较2组内瘘使用时间及使用情况。结果试验组的动静脉内瘘使用时间比对照组明显延长;2组患者动静脉内瘘使用情况比较,首次穿刺成功率、穿刺后并发症的发生率试验组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论康复功能锻炼对动静脉内瘘的成熟和使用时间的延长都有很大的影响,对提高维持性血液透析患者的生存质量有重要意义。

Objective To explore the nursing intervention on the maturation of arteriovenous fistula and the effects of time, improving the maintenance hemodialysis patients＇ quality of life. Methods After the establishment of internal arteriovenous fistula in 112 patients who were randomly divided into 2 groups, the control group received routine nursing and health education .The experimental group received rehabilitation exercise guide at the same time. Comparison the internal fistula and fistula usage. Results The experimental group＇s internal arteriovenous fistula using time was prolonged, comparison with the 2 groups of internal arteriovenous fistula use ,the first successful rate of puncture, aspiration of complication rate was better than the control group, there were statistically significant differences （ P 〈0.01）. Conclusion Rehabilitation exercise on arteriovenous fistula maturation and the use of time have a great influence, improving maintenance hcmodialysis patients＇ living quality.
