摘要
采用硅烷偶联剂γ-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH-550)在相当温和的醇水溶剂中与硅溶胶进行反应,制备出氨基改性的硅溶胶,并用动态光散射仪(DLS)、红外光谱仪(FT-IR)和热重分析仪(TG)对其进行了分析和表征。研究了硅烷偶联剂用量、反应温度、硅溶胶的pH对接枝率的影响。结果表明,在醇水溶剂中可以实现KH-550对硅溶胶表面的氨基化改性,当控制偶联剂的投料量m(KH550)∶m(硅溶胶)为21.6%,反应温度为80℃,反应时间为24h时,酸性硅溶胶表面偶联剂KH-550接枝率达到21.18%。
Surface modification of silica sols is performed in mild ethanol-water mixtures using 3- aminpropyltriethoxysilane (KI-1550) as a coupling agent. The obtained silica sols containing amino group are characterized and analyzed by DLS, FT-IR and TG. The effects of the amount of coupling agent, reaction temperature and the pH of silica sol on the grafting degree of KH550 are investigated. The results showed that surface modification of silica sol can be achieved in ethanol-water mixtures. The optimal operation parameters are shown as follows :21.6% mass ratio of KH550 and silica sol,80℃ of reaction temperature and 24 hours of reaction time. The highest degree of grafting can reach 21.18%.
