过氧化脲漱口液对牙周病患者牙龈组织微循环影响的研究

Research on urea peroxide to periodontal disease patients with gum tissue microcirculation

目的探讨过氧化脲对牙周病患者牙龈组织微循环的影响。方法实验组为患有牙周病成年20人,对照组为健康成年20人,用WX-6B型微循环测定仪测量下前牙唇册牙龈的微循环变化。实验组每天三次过氧化脲漱口液含漱,对照组每日三次含漱生理盐水。1周后用WX-6B型微循环测定仪测量下前牙唇册牙龈的微循环变化。结果治疗前实验组和对照组微循环有显著性差异;治疗后二者之间无显著性差异。结论应用过氧化脲含漱可以改变牙龈组织微循环。

Objective To explore the urea peroxide to periodontal disease patients who gum tissue microcirculation influence.Methods The adult 20 people with periodontal disease for group and healthy adult 20 people,three times a day with urea peroxide,wash gargle liquid with one week after LDF23 type laser doppler flow meter measuring front teeth lip copies under the microcirculation change gums.Results Treatment group and control group microcirculation before was significantly different.After treatment,no significant differences between them.Conclusions The application of urea peroxide containing wash can chang gum tissue microcirculation.
