整体护理在基层医院骨科的实践评价

Clinical evaluation of holistic nursing in orthopedic department of primary hospital

目的探讨将整体护理应用于基层医院骨科,对患者病情和心理的影响及对提高骨科护理质量的效果。方法将116例患者随机分为试验组与对照组各58例,对照组予以一般护理,试验组在一般护理基础上应用整体护理制度,统计比较两组患者护理前后的病情、心理状况与患者满意度。结果试验组比对照组在病情、心理状况与患者满意度方面有改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论整体护理制度有助于提升基层医院骨科服务质量的整体水平,作为一种创新护理模式值得临床实践。

Objective To explore the effects on patients’ condition and psychology and the efficacy of improving nursing quality,after implementing the holistic nursing in orthopedic department of primary hospital.Methods 116 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 58 cases in each,and the control group was treated with routine nursing,while the experimental group was treated with holistic nursing on the basis of routine nursing.Then,analyzed and compared the patients’conditions,psychological status and patients’ satisfaction degrees between the two groups with statistics.Results The patients’conditions,psychological status and patients’ satisfaction degrees in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusions Holistic nursing care system can help to improve the integral service quality of the orthoepic department in primary hospital,worthy of clinical practice as an innovative care model.
