百色市急救网络发展探讨

Development of emergency services network in Baise City

目的探讨百色市医疗急救网络的发展现状和存在问题。方法对百色市现有急救网络的建设进行调查分析、总结评估,并针对存在问题提出合理的建议和意见。结果百色市医疗急救网络近年来取得了长足的发展,极大的提高了救治水平和救治效率,但尚存在城乡发展差距大、急救设备落后、医务人员专业化水平低、各医疗机构无序竞争、缺乏社区培训体系等问题。结论通过不断的完善和发展,是医疗资源进一步向乡村倾斜、逐步取消各医院的120急救电话系统、加强人员培训体系、提高医疗急救的设施水平、加强社区急救网络的建设,可以进一步提高急救网络的发展水平,提高救助质量。

Objective To explore the development of Baise City medical emergency network status and problems.Methods To investigate the construction of the existing emergency network in Baise City,and analysis,assessment of the sum,and put forward reasonable suggestions and comments for the problems.Results Emergency medical treatment network in Baise City in recent years had seen significant development,which greatly improved the treatment level and treatment efficiency.But there were the gap between urban and rural development,insufficient of first aid equipments,backward,low level of specialization of medical staff,the disorderly competition of the various medical institutions,lack of community-based training system and other issues on.Conclusions Continuous improvement and development of medical resources is villages,canceled the hospital’s 120 emergency telephone system gradually,strengthen personnel training system,to improve the level of emergency medical treatment facilities,and strengthen the building of community emergency network can further improve the emergency network and rescue quality.
