支原体的感染状况及耐药性分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的了解解脲支原体(UU)和人型支原体(MH)的感染情况及耐药状况,指导临床合理用药。方法采用美国其昌达生物高科技(上海)有限公司提供的UU和MH CICS KIT试剂盒检测支原体耐药谱。结果在1662份被检标本中检出支原体阳性550例(33.1%),男性支原体阳性43例(43/88,48.89%),女性支原体阳性507例(507/1574,32.2%)。其中解脲支原体(UU)418例(25.2%),显著高于人型支原体(MH)40例(2.4%)及UU和MH混合感染92例(5.5%)(P<0.01)。药敏试验结果为强力霉素、美满霉素、克拉霉素抗支原体作用最强,其余几种抗菌素对支原体的抗菌作用由强到弱依次是交沙霉素、左氧氟沙星、氧氟沙星、司帕沙星、诺氟沙星、阿奇霉素、罗红霉素、环丙沙星、壮观霉素、林可霉素。结论支原体的耐药率高,且存在多重耐药株。随着时间变化其耐药谱也在发生变化。治疗支原体感染时应尽量根据药敏结果用药,如不能做药敏试验,则应把强力霉素、美满霉素、克拉霉素、交沙霉素、左氧氟沙星、氧氟沙星等敏感率较高的药物作为首选药物。 Objective To acquire the knowledge about the present resistance characteristics in Ureaplasma Urealyticum(UU) and Mycoplasma Homini(MH), and to instruct reasonable clinic application of antibiotics. Methods Using the Ureaplasma Urealyticum(UU) and Mycoplasma Hominis(MH) CICS reagent kit provided by U.S. Quick Da Biology High-tech(shanghai) Co. Ltd, to analyze the drug susceptibility. Results A total of 550 cases were tested positive mycoplasma among 1662 samples. The infection rate was 33.1%, 48.89% for male and 32.2% for female. The infection rate of positive UU(414 cases, 25.2%)was higher than that of MH positive(40 cases, 2.4%) and both UU and MH positive(92 cases, 5.5%). The results of drug sensitivity tests were as following: the order of mycoplasma sensitivity rate was Doxycycline, Minocycline, Clarithromycin, Josamycin, Levofloxacin, Ofloxacin, Sparfloxacin, Norfloxacin, Azithromycin, Roxithromycin, Ciprofloxacin, Spectinomycin, Lincomycin. Conclusion Mycoplasma was a high rate of drug resistance, and the drug sensitivity evolves with the time. Treatment for mycoplasma should be based on the results of drug sensitivity tests. If they cannot do the test, they should choose Doxycycline, Minocycline, Clarithromycin, Josamycin, Levofloxacin, Ofloxacin as the main drugs.
