Theory and Practice of the Basic Principles in the National Science and Technology Infrastructure Standardization

科技平台标准化建设作为科技平台的一项基础性工作,在科技平台建设中发挥了重要作用并取得了显著成效。然而,科技平台标准化建设仍然存在着一些亟待解决的问题。标准化原则目前更多的是应用于企业、产业标准化,作者首次将这些原则引入科技平台标准化中,从理论和实践对这些原则的应用进行了论述。

The standardization work on the construction of national science and technology infrastructure （NSTI） is a basic work. In the past years, this work had great outputs and played an important role in the process of NSTI. However, it is still in its infancy and there are some problems which need to be solved. The principles discussed in the article arc usually used in the corporate and product standardization, and it is the first time that the author introduced the concept of principles of standardization into the NSTI standardization.
