Application and Government Policies of Building Information Model in China

建筑信息模型(BIM)被认为是全球建筑行业的变革性理念和里程碑技术,越来越多的国家政府开始制定BIM技术实施政策。本文解释了BIM技术的战略意义,对我国BIM应用现状进行了分析,并对美国、英国、新加坡等发达国家或地区的BIM政府政策进行了比较分析,提出了我国BIM技术应用政府政策的重点内容。

Building information modeling （BIM） is considered the concept of transformative technology and milestone around the global construction industry, more and more governments have begun to develop policies to implement BIM technology. This paper explains the strategic importance of BIM, analyzes BIM applications in China, makes a comparative analysis of government policies in some developed countries or areas, including USA, UK and Singapore, and puts forward to the importance contents of government policies to BIM.
