摘要
本文提出了高校—企业技术转移联盟的前沿生产函数估计方法,并基于技术联盟前沿生产函数,给出了数学规划模型以决定最优利益分配系数,并通过算例演示了技术贡献程度与利益分配系数间的关系。算例结果显示,技术对于促进经济收益的作用越明显,则高校在利益分配中所应占据的份额越大,从而验证了本文的合理性。
The paper proposes a method to estimate the frontier production function of university-enterprise technology transfer alliance, and provides a mathematical programming model to determine the optimal benefit distribution coefficients based on the frontier production function. The paper takes a numerical example to illustrate the relationship of technique contribution and benefit distribution coefficients. The results show that university would share more if technique contributes more to economic returns, which validates the rational- ity of the paper.
