摘要
通过对开滦集团唐山矿业分公司8个立井提升机电控系统的分析,对原有不符合要求的电控系统及高耗能设备进行了更换和改造。根据提升机使用的工作地点、电控系统、主电机及工作要求的不同,提出了利用转子三电平、SCR-D和定子变频3种调速方案对原有的电控系统进行改造。改造后的电控系统不仅满足了规程要求,而且节约了电能,保证了矿井提升安全。
The existing electric control system and the high energy consuming equipment, which did not meet requirements of state administration of work safety, were replaced and reformed on the basis of the analysis of 8 hoists electric control system applied in shaft in Tangshan Mining Branch Company, Kailuan Group. In addition, the existing electric control system was suggested to be reformed by 3 speed regulating solutions of rotor three-level, SCR-D and stator frequency conversion based on the variation of the work place, electric control system, main motors and operation demands of hoist. The reformed system not only met the requirements of regulations, but also saved the electric energy as well as guaranteed the safety of mine hoisting.
