摘要
介绍了国内目前下运带式输送机的现状。为了满足带式输送机较大下运角度的生产要求,探讨了下运强力带式输送机设计的托辊槽角、可控软启动和可控软制动装置3个关键因素,结合物料在输送带上的受力数学模型,研究了带式输送机倾角与托辊槽角之间的关系。
The domestic situation of declivitous belt conveyor was introduced in this paper. To meet the operating requirements for large declivitous angle belt conveyor, three key factors such as trough angle of idler, controllable soft-start and controllable soft-breaking devices were discussed for the design of the declivitous heavy belt type conveyor. And the relationship between dip angle of declivitous belt conveyor and trough angle of idler was studied on the basis of the force mathematical model of materials on the belt.
