西铭矿煤层自然发火早期预测预报研究

摘要 通过对西铭矿3#煤样的热解实验,得到煤在热解过程中生成的气体与煤温之间的关系,利用分析结果对西铭矿33605工作面进行了自然发火的预测预报,结果表明,以CO作为首选指标性气体,并辅以C2H4、C3H8、C2H2来掌握煤炭自燃情况效果良好;CO的出现说明煤已经发生氧化反应,C2H4、C3H8出现表明煤已开始剧烈氧化,C2H2的出现说明煤温已经超过180℃。 The relationship between coal temperature and gases generated from the pyrolysis process was studied by carrying out pyrolysis experiments on 3 # coal sample taken from Ximing Coal Mine. The analysis results were used to predict and forecast the spontaneous combustion of 33605 working face in Ximing Coal Mine. The results showed that choosing CO as the preferred index gas assisted by C2 H4 , C3H8 and C2 H2 can control the coal spontaneous combustion very well. The appearance of CO means that oxidation reaction has been happened, the appearance of C2H4 and C3H8 means that the coal has begun to be oxidized violently, and the appearance of C2 H2 means that the coal temperature was higher than 180℃.
