摘要
波浪腹板工形构件由翼缘与波浪腹板组成,因其较平腹板工形构件具有较高的承载效率而在门式刚架结构中有较广泛的应用。在传统平腹板门式刚架结构节点形式的基础上,结合波浪腹板工形构件腹板不承受法向应力的独特受力特点,提出适用于波浪腹板门式刚架的多种节点构造形式;对典型的端板连接节点进行考虑接触单元的实体有限元分析,由此引出波浪腹板门式刚架节点的计算方法,并对波浪腹板工形构件的加工制作等方面提出要求,最后介绍波浪腹板构件的新型节点形式在某钢构门式刚架厂房中的实际应用。
Sinusoidal web H-shaped members are composed of flanges and sinusoidal webs, and are widely used in gabled frames steel structures because of their higher load-carrying efficiency and better economic benefit compared to traditional fiat web members. Based on joint forms of the traditional gabled frames structure, and combined with the mechanical characteristics of almost zero normal stress on the sinusoidal web section, the new joint forms suitable for sinusoidal web gabled frames were given. The typical end plate connections considering contact between plate elements were analyzed by using FEA, thus a simplified design method of the connection of sinusoidal web gabled frames was proposed. Both joint details and fabrication requirements of the sinusoidal web gabled frames were also presented. Finally, a practical application of the new joint forms in the sinusoidal web gabled frames was given, providing a useful reference for the similar projects joint design.
