三阴性、非三阴性乳腺癌中血管内皮生长因子-C的表达及临床意义 被引量:14

Expressions and significances of vascular endothelial growth factor-C in triple-negative and non-triple-negative breast cancer

摘要 目的:研究三阴性及非三阴性乳腺癌中血管内皮生长因子-C(VEGF-C)的表达及临床意义。方法:采用EnVision法对三阴性乳腺癌、非三阴性乳腺癌及癌旁正常组织标本进行VEGF-C的免疫组织化学染色,观察VEGF-C表达及与临床病理特点之间的关系。结果:VEGF-C在三阴性乳腺癌中高表达,阳性表达率30%(9/30);VEGF-C在非三阴性乳腺癌中更高表达,阳性表达率80%(20/25);VEGF-C在癌旁组织中不表达(0/10),阳性率的比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。三阴性乳腺癌中VEGF-C表达与患者的年龄、月经状态、肿瘤大小、淋巴结状态、分期无关(P>0.05)。非三阴性乳腺癌中VEGF-C表达与患者的年龄、月经状态、肿瘤大小、分期无关(P>0.05),而与淋巴结状态有关(P<0.05)。结论:VEGF-C的表达可能在促进非三阴性乳腺癌淋巴结转移中起作用。 Objective To investigate the expressions and significances of vascular endothelial growth factor-C(VEGF-C) in triple-negative and non-triple-negative breast cancer.Methods The expressions of VEGF-C in triple-negative breast cancer and non-triple-negative breast cancer tissues and normal paracancer tissue were detected by immunohistochemistry.The correlation between the VEGF-C expression and clinical pathological characteristics of breast cancer was observed.Results The expression rates of VEGF-C in triple-negative breast cancer,non-triple-negative breast cancer,and paracancer tissue were 30%,80%,and 0,respectively(P 0.05).The expressions of VEGF-C were not correlated with patients' age,menopausal status,stage,tumor size in triple-negative and non-triple-negative breast cancer(P 0.05),but was correlated with the lymph node status in non-triple-negative breast cancer(P 0.05),which was not found in triple-negative breast cancer.Conclusions VEGF-C may play a role in the lymph node metastasis of non-triple negative breast cancer.
