摘要
现代化大农业是黑龙江省探索区域特色农业现代化道路、发展现代农业的主导模式。农业科技创新在提高粮食单产确保国家粮食安全,突破资源环境约束实现农业可持续发展,实现农民持续增收科技强农富农方面对于现代化大农业至关重要。现代化大农业科技创新应以农业可持续发展为核心目标,突出区域性、地域性特征,发挥政府主导作用,强化农民主体地位。
Modern mega-agricuhure is the leading mode for the development of modern agriculture in Heilongjiang Province by exploring specific agricultural modernization way possessing regional features. Agricultural science and technology innovation is essential to modern mega-agriculture in such aspects as guaranteeing national food security by increasing grain yield per hectare, realizing agricultural sustainable development in the presence of resource and environment limitations, promoting sustalLned increase in rural incomes, strengthening agriculture and enriching rural areas by means of science and technology. Science and technology innovation of mega-technology should take sustainable development of agriculture as core target, highlight regional characteristic, play the leading role of government and strent$hen subject position of farmers.
