摘要
"三农"问题的核心是农民问题,而农民问题的核心是农民增收问题。本文深入研究农民收入增长的历程、现状及促进农民收入增长的主要政策和效果,分析农民收入增长的政策影响因素,预测了农民收入增长的政策走向和趋势。
The core of the of farmer issue is the farmers＂ ＂agriculture, farmer and rural area＂ issue is the farmer issue, while the core income issue. In this paper, we first investigated the developing course and current situation of the farmers income growth and its effect, and then we analyzed the policy , and then we studied on the farmers＂ income growth policy factors in farmers＂ income growth and predicted the policy direction and trend of farmers income growth.
