摘要 根据锂电池在灾害应急救生舱中应用的要求,设计了一种基于DS2438智能电池监视芯片的电池剩余电量监测系统。该系统由控制模块、测量模块和通信模块组成,控制模块采用ATmega16单片机,实现了对DS2438的读写控制和串口通信;测量模块实现了对电池组剩余电量的采集;通信模块采用RS232串口,实现了与上位机之间的通信。实验结果表明,系统能很好地对锂电池组进行实时电量监测,且稳定性高、扩展性强,为灾害应急救生舱系统提供了实时电池电量信息。 According to the lithium battery in the application of disaster emergency rescue cabin, this paper designs a monitor- ing system of battery remaining capacity based on DS2438 smart battery monitoring chip which consists of a control module, mea- surement module and communication module. ATmegal6 single-chip microcomputer is the key cell of control module, which imple- ments read/write control to DS2438 and serial communication. Measurement module implements the collection of battery remaining capacity. RS232 is choosed in communication module to communicate with PC. Experimental results show that the system works well on monitoring the remaining capacity of lithium battery in real time with high stability and strong expansibility, which provides battery information to the disaster emergency rescue cabin system.
