摘要
对云锡公司某尾矿库库内含锡尾砂离心重选产物的粒度组成,锡矿物的分布特点、物相、解离等情况进行了分析,重点对试样进行了再选试验。结果表明,重选产物经强磁脱铁、沉降脱泥、2粗1精1扫正浮选、1粗1精1扫反浮选、中矿顺序返回的闭路流程处理,可获得锡品位为4.28%、回收率为46.71%的锡石精矿,以及铁品位为36.79%、回收率为77.78%的铁磁性中间产物。
Analyzed the size composition of tin product separated by centrifugal gravity separation from yunnan tin corporation a tailings pond,and the distribution characteristic,phase,liberation of tin mineral.carried out the reelection test to the sample.The results show that from the gravity separation product can get tin concentrate with 4.28% grade and 46.71% recovery,and ferromagnetic middlings product with 36.79% iron grad and 77.78% recovery through the closed circuit of high intensity magnetic separation removing iron,settlement desliming,twice roughings once cleaning once scanvenging positive flotation,once roughing once cleaning once scanvenging reverse flotation,middlings return in order.
