Vice Chairperson of the Standing Committee of China＇s National People＇s Congress （NPC） and President of the All-China Women＇s Federation （ACWF） Chen Zhili donated I0,000 portable satellite televisions to herdsmen families in the Tibetan areas of Southwest China＇s Sichuan Province on June 19, 2012. The donation was made on behalf of the ACWF and China Children and Teenagers＇ Fund （CCTF）.
