On the morning of July 13, the Huaying Entrepreneurial Women＇s Development Center （HEWDC, a non- profit social organization sponsored by the All-China Women＇s Federation [ACWF] and approved by China＇s Ministry of Civil affairs） and the International Cooperation Center of the National Development and Reform Commission （NDRC） signed a contract of public service cooperation with the Beijing Huayi Shijia Homemaking Service Co.,Ltd. （HSHSCL is a Sino-foreign joint venture） at the No.5 building of the Beijing Diaoyutai State Guesthouse.
