摘要
目的探讨survivin在脑膜瘤中的表达及与肿瘤血管生成的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测在不同级别脑膜瘤中survivin蛋白的表达与微血管密度的表达情况。结果在脑膜瘤中,survivin蛋白表达阳性率56.6%(30/53),并随分级增高表现为逐级增高的趋势,脑膜瘤Ⅱ级与脑膜瘤Ⅰ级相比,χ2=8.873,P<0.01,脑膜瘤Ⅲ级与脑膜瘤Ⅰ级相比,χ2=11.793,P<0.01,但脑膜瘤Ⅲ级与Ⅱ级相比,χ2=2.365,P>0.05,差异不具有显著性。MVD在脑膜瘤Ⅰ级中计数为(18.98±8.34),Ⅱ级中计数为(26.48±10.35),Ⅲ级中计数为(38.91±12.95),呈逐级增高趋势,MVD在不同级别脑膜瘤中的表达值具有显著差异。survivin蛋白表达阴性组的MVD(16.34±6.72)值明显低于survivin表达阳性组(30.07±11.55),经检验具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论 survivin的高表达可能参与脑膜瘤的发生、发展及微血管的新生,故可作为评价脑膜瘤生物学行为的指标之一。
Objective To discuss the survivin expression and the relationship with tumor angiogenesis in meningiomas. Methods Used immunohistochemical methods to detect the survivin protein expression and microvessel density expression in the different levels of meningioma. Results In meningiomas,the positive rate of survivin protein was 56.6%(30/53) ,and in- creasing with the classification performance, meningioma grade Ⅱcompared with meningioma grade I (Xz=8.873 ,P〈0.01 ), menin- gioma grade Ⅲ compared with meningioma grade I( x2= 11.793,P〈0.01 ), both differences being statistically significant; menin- gioma grade Ⅲ compared with meningioma grade I1 (X2=2.365,P〉0.05), no significant difference. MVD count was 18.98+ 8.34 in meningioma grade I , count was 26.48±10.35 in grade Ⅱ , count was 38.91-12.95 in grade Ⅲ ,gradually increased trend,the expression of MVD in meniugiomas had significant difference among different grades. The MVD which survivin protein expression negative group (16.34±6.72) was significantly lower than the expression of survivin positive group (30.07±11.55),the test showed significant difference (P〈0.01). Conclusion Survivin high expression may be involved in meningiomas microvascular newborn, it can be used as one of the evaluation of meningioma biology behavior indicators.
