青春期功能失调性子宫出血临床治疗观察

Clinical observation on dysfunctional uterine bleeding in adolescents

目的对比分析妈富隆与雌激素治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血的疗效。方法将63例青春期功血患者分为A组(32例)和B组(31例),A组采用妈富隆治疗,B组采用雌激素为主的治疗方案,对两组的临床疗效进行对比观察。结果在控制出血时间上A、B两组对比无明显差异(P>0.05)。在出血完全停止时间上A组、B两组比较有差异(P<0.05)。A组药物副反应小、无突破性出血的表现,无停药后大出血发生,有效率达100%。结论妈富隆治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血方法简便、安全性好、疗效明显,副作用少、依从性好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the curative effect on dysfunctional uterine bleeding （DUB）in adolescents treated by marvelon or estrogen. Methods Totally 63 cases were divided into A group （32 cases）treated by marvelon and B group（31 cases）treated by estrogen, then the clinical efficacies were investigated comparatively. Results There wasn＇t significant dif- ference between A and B groups in controlled bleeding time （P〉0.05）,however it showed a significant difference in time when bleeding stopped completely. The little drug side effects were observed in group A, none of them had any symptom of break- through bleeding or massive hemorrhage after drug withdrawal. The effective rate was 100%. Conclusion The treatment for DUB in adolescents using marvelon is provided with simple operation, high safety, significant clinical effect, smaller drug side effect and preferable compliance. This method deserves the clinical expansion and application.
