大型企业知识管理系统和竞争情报系统建设关键问题评析

Review on Key Issues on Knowledge Management Systsem and Competitive Intelligence of the Large Central Enterprises

随着企业信息化的推进,各种组织都在引入知识管理系统和竞争情报系统,以提高其运行效率和情报竞争力。本文在查阅和研读大量相关文献的基础上,对国内外竞争情报与知识管理的概念以及它们在企业中所起的作用、竞争情报与知识管理关系研究状况进行回顾,并在此基础上总结了知识管理系统和竞争情报系统之间的互融性。分析了两者之间的相互关系,得出企业应该整合竞争情报与知识管理优势的结论,从战略管理的角度提出了竞争情报与知识管理整合模型。

With the advance of information society, organizations introduced knowledge management systems and competitive intelligence systems to improve its operating efficiency and competitiveness. By read a lot in the literature, reviewed the status of relationship and concept of competitive intelligence and knowledge management as well as the role which they play in the enterprise. On that basis, summed up the the fusion of knowledge management systems and competition intelligence systems,analyzed two between reciprocity, obtained the conclusion that enterprise is to be supposed the conformity competitive intelligence and the knowledge management superiority, finally proposed the competitive intelligence and the knowledge management conformity model from the strategic management views.
