干预前后甲状腺与乳腺患者围术期抗菌药预防性应用分析

Analysis of the prophylactic antibioctics usage for the perioperative period of the thyroid and mamary patients before and after administrative intervention

目的考察本院行政干预前后甲状腺、乳腺患者围术期预防用药情况。方法对本院2010-2011年甲状腺、乳腺围术期抗菌药使用情况进行统计与分析。结果与结论实施行政干预后,我院甲状腺、乳腺手术预防用药在品种选择、首次给药时机、预防用药疗程等合理性显著提高,抗菌药物使用率、费用、使用强度(DDD值)、平均住院日等明显降低。行政干预措施可显著提高围术期抗菌药物合理应用水平。

Objective To evaluate phylactic application of antibacterial to the thyroid and mammary patients in perioperative period before and after administrative intervention,and to investigate the effects of intervention measures.Methods By retrospective method,the utilization of antibacterial for the thyroid and mammary patients undergoing operation in our hospital during September-November in 2010 and during September-November in 2011 was analyzed statistically.Results and conclusion After administrative intervention,the rationality of prophylactic application of antimicrobial drugs in the thyroid and mamary surgery was improved significantly in respect of antimicrobials,initial medication time,preventive medication treatment.The utilization ratio of antimicrobial drugs,costs of antimicrobials,the value of DDD and the average hospitalization was decreased significantly.The administrative intervention of our hospital is feasible,valid and significantly improve the perioperative antibiotics reasonable application level.
