美国新版阿尔茨海默型痴呆及诊断标准与药物临床试验

New edition diagnosis standard of Alzheimer′s of USA and drug clinical trials

美国国家老龄化研究所和阿尔茨海默病学会(NIA-AA)发表了新的阿尔茨海默病诊断标准(NIA-AA标准)。其特别提出了对阿尔茨海默型痴呆(AD)从无症状的临床前阶段到AD型痴呆阶段连续过程认识和对应的三阶段诊断概念,以及核心临床诊断标准和临床研究用诊断标准两套标准,对药物临床试验提供了新的空间和方向。

National Institute on Aging and the Alzheimer＇s （AD） Association （ NIA - AA） of USA published the new diagnosis standard, named as NIA - AA, in April 19＇h 2011. Based as reserving the framework of NINCDS - ADRDA of the 1984 edition, the NIA - AA clears some new conditions and conceptions , especially proposed that AD is a continuous process from preclinical stage to dementia stage, and has three stages diagnose standard, and has core clinical diagnosis standard and clinical study standard. These give a new space and direction for clinical trials. The new standard are open and need continuously consummate.
