麦饭石对黄曲霉毒素B_1吸附效果的体外研究 被引量:1

摘要 本试验研究了麦饭石对黄曲霉毒素B1(AFB1)的等温吸附特性,以及不同麦饭石添加量、振荡时间、温度、pH对其吸附性能的影响。结果表明,麦饭石对AFB1的等温吸附曲线能很好地吻合Freundich等温线,温度不影响麦饭石的吸附能力。在一定范围内,麦饭石对AFB1的吸附率随麦饭石添加量、pH和振荡时间的增加而上升,但单位吸附量随麦饭石添加量的增加而下降。 The experiment was conducted to study the isotherm absorption of aflatoxin B1(AFB1) by medical stone,and the effects of shaking time,medical stone amount,solution pH,temperature on the absorption of medical stone for aflatoxin B1.The results showed that,the absorption process of medical stone fitted to the Freundich isotherm,and there was no significant difference in absorption capacity at different temperature.Within a certain range,AFB1 binding rate of medical stone was enhanced by the increase of medical stone amount,shaking time and pH,absorptive capacity per unit of medical stone was decreased with medical stone amount increased.
