摘要
通过总结分析现有国内外空间飞行试验和地面模拟试验原子氧剥蚀数据,采用多项式拟合、自然增长曲线拟合和指数曲线拟合等几种方法,拟合出了能够反映材料厚度损失规律的变化曲线;并结合不同条件下、航天器外表面的原子氧通量计算结果,实现了对航天器外表面不同位置、不同材料的原子氧设计寿命预示,可为航天器的设计和选材提供参考。
By summarizing the present atomic oxygen erosion data of the materials in space flight and ground-based simulation experiments, the function curves of thickness loss via atomic oxygen influence are obtained by adopting several kinds of algebra methods. In addition, combing the thickness loss curves with the calculated results of atomic oxygen influ- ence, the atomic oxygen-survivable lifetime of spacecraft materials are evaluated, which can provide the guidance and reference to the selection of materials and design of the spacecrafts.
