摘要 针对电能质量综合评价连续性问题,在国家标准规定的电能质量指标限值的基础上对电能质量指标做了归一化处理,将层次分析法与灰色聚类方法相结合对电能质量进行综合评估。通过层次分析法得到各指标权重;再根据评估对象中是否存在指标超标现象,由指标归一化值或指标严重程度得到各指标属于各灰类的白化权数;运用灰色聚类评估方法对电能质量进行综合评估,得到评估对象的电能质量等级和评分值。实例表明,该方法有效解决了电能质量综合评估从指标不越界到越界的评价等级连续性问题,为电能质量综合评估提供了一种新思路。 Aiming at the continuity problem of comprehensive evaluation of power quality, based on the national standard limits of power quality indices, this paper normalizes the power quality indices and combines the combination weighting method with the grey clustering method to comprehensively evaluate power quality. First of all, the weights of all indices are obtained by analytic hierarchy process (AHP); then, if one or more indices of the evaluating object are over standard, the whitenization values of the indices in every grey class are obtained according to their severities or the normalized value; lastly, the power quality is comprehensively evaluated by grey clustering method, and the power quality level and the power quality score are obtained. Case result shows that the proposed method solves the evaluation continuity problem of the indices' ranging from one side to the other side of the boundary, providing a new idea for comprehensive evaluation of power quality.
