摘要
大学英语教学从课堂讲授到自主学习模式的转变对大学英语教师提出了巨大的挑战。如何培养和促进大学英语教师的自主性在很大程度上将决定学生自主性的发展。本文从分析自主学习式下教师自主性发展及其现状出发,探讨在大学英语自主学习环境下教师应如何加强自身自主性的培养以促进学生学习自主性的提高。
The transformation of college English teaching mode from classroom teaching to autonomous learning arouses a huge challenge to college English teachers. How to cultivate and promote teacher autonomy will determine the development of learner autonomy. This paper analyzes the current situation of teacher autonomy and tries to promote learner autonomy in college English autonomous learning mode by enhancing the development of teacher autonomy.
