摘要
阐述了电容器引线焊接机自动化生产线中的良品检测机构,在说明检测原理和检测方法的基础上,根据控制要求画出控制流程图,并利用台达PLC设计出相应的控制程序,同时给出了基于SFTL左位移指令的多工位自动化生产线检测程序设计方法。
This paper mainly discusses the NDT mechanism of automatic production line for soldering o＇f capacitor leads. Based on illustrating principles and methods of tests, it demonstrates the control flow charts per control requirements and involves application of Delta PLC Control Program. Method for inspection ＆ test programming of a multi-position automatic production line based on SFTL leflfward displacement commond is concluded herein.
