新农村社区是现代化进程中的阶段性成果,是张家港市实现和谐发展的重要平台之一。农村社区有必要探索外来人口工作管理的重要性和新思路,从体制机制上创新外来人口工作管理办法,提高外来人员的社会政治待遇,丰富外来人员的文化生活,发挥外来人口在新型农村社区建设中的作用。
As a great achievement in the process of modemization as well as an important platform for harmonious development in Zhangjiagang City, it＇s necessary for the rural communities to find new ways to coordinate the management of the migrants and improve their political status, to consider local requirements and implement standardization and education.
