高校青年教师职业幸福感的探索

Exploration of Career Happiness of Young Teachers in Universities

职业幸福感的获得对于青年教师来说十分重要，是衡量和促进青年教师职业成长的重要指标。通过设计发放问卷、调查、走访、座谈等形式，对某高校青年教师职业幸福感做了较为系统和详细的调查，以主观幸福感为视角分析了高校青年教师出现职业幸福感危机的原因，并提出可以通过减少教师职业负性情感的体验，主观评价自己的职业幸福感，有正确的自我认知从其职业内部提升高校青年教师感受到幸福的对策。

Gaining career happiness is very important to young teachers. It is an important index to gauge and promote young teacher＇s career growth. Career happiness of young teachers in a certain university was investigated systematically and thoroughly by means of questionnaire, survey, interview, symposia, etc. The paper analyzes the reason for career happiness crisis from the perspective of subjective happiness. Some suggestions are presented for how to help young teachers to get more happiness in their career.
