摘要
总结和报告一例综合运用多种心理咨询方法成功治愈有疑病倾向的严重心理问题来访者的案例。对来访者进行“心理与行为问题评估”方面的心理测验并实施系统的心理咨询方案。选用EPQ、SCL-90、SAS、SDS四种量表，对来访者进行心理咨询前后的对比评估。使来访者的焦虑、抑郁、强迫、恐惧症状获得明显减轻，能正常应对日常生活。
The paper reports a case of treating a severe psychological problem by combining various psychological conseling methods. The visitor received psychological test of ＂psychological and behavioral problem evaluation＂ and a systematic conseling program. Then four scales,EPQ, SCL-90, SAS and SDS, were chosen to assess the visitor before and after psychological conseling. After the treatment, the symptoms of the visitor, involving anxiety, depression,obsession and fear, were lessened significantly. He can lead a normal life.
