摘要
文章分析了县级电力企业用电营销MIS系统存在的问题,提出4级层次级结构和县乡一体化营销管理的总体建设原则。采用自顶向下设计、自底向上实现的设计思想和面向对象分析设计方法,对系统的总体功能设计、统一编码设计、安全设计、系统架构从软件解决方案角度进行了分析说明。
The thesis analyses the presently situation and existed problems of country-level Power Marketing System,put forward four level structure and county township integration marketing management of the overall construction principle.The system's overall design,unified coding design,safety design and system architecture were analyzed and illustrated.
